Built by a small team that actually ships music.
Beatron AI is developed by Ocean Float Mobile Limited, an independent mobile studio that's been building creative tools for iOS and Android since before generative audio was a category. We don't run a record label. We don't run a streaming service. We make the kind of music app we wanted as kids — the one that turns a hum on the bus into something you can text to a friend.
The first version of Beatron started as an internal hack: could we let someone hum a melody into a phone and get a full arrangement back, in under a minute, on a plane? The answer turned out to be yes — and that constraint shaped everything that followed. Mobile-first, network-tolerant, designed for one hand and short attention spans.
Today, more than 200,000 creators use Beatron every month — TikTokers needing a custom hook, songwriters demoing ideas, vocalists experimenting with covers, hobbyists who simply want to hear what's in their head. The app currently sits at 4.6 stars across the App Store and Google Play, and the team reads every review.
We update the AI music engine roughly every two to three weeks. We respond to support emails ourselves, from [email protected]. And we will tell you, plainly, what the app is and isn't good at — that's part of why we wrote the comparison table above instead of pretending we have no competitors.
